Splayed and rotated leg - Need help.

Hello, I am not a chicken breeder. My brother is raising some chicks and he was using news paper for the flooring, one of the chicks has a splayed leg, i read that I can use tap but the problem is that it's leg is rotated also.

The chick is about two weeks old.
Race - looks like a normal chic with long neck and no feathers on it.

My question is, can this be fixed by me, or do I had to take it to a specialist, I'de like to avoid that but if that's the case I would.

Unfortunately, I think the chick has a leg bone deformity that probably can't be successfully fixed. Many people try splinting, and giving vitamins with trace minerals in case of a deficiency.
