Splayed Legs in 3 week old chick

I have a chick that has been sick since it was 2 days old. It just recently started to walk but has severely splayed legs. Will the bandaid work on a chick this old(3wks)? She eats and drinks well with my assistance and is very perky. . . she just can't walk.

i tried on mine shes 4 weeks now.
she was so so sad in it and i just seemed to slow her down. so I took it off, and shes our lil hop along but she eats poops & plays so Im gonna let her be.

Aw, I'm just not sure if this girl will ever be able to survive without me helping her.

Unless they are terribly splayed, she'll most likely be find with your help in the future, although she may have a slight gimp.
