Splayed legs more adjustment?

I have a chick that had splayed legs and curled toes. The toes are fixed but do the legs need more adjustment?

Looks like it's getting around ok to me.
The uneven surface and it's young age could be the 'problem' you're seeing.
To accurately evaluate a chicks leg stance and gait,
pics and vids are best taken with chick on a hard surface and camera at chick level.
