We recently hatched some turkeys as we do every year however one of the two has severe splayed legs. He will drink if I place him by the water feeder but I have yet to see him eat. I am hopeful someone may be able to help with solutions to get his legs working for him.

That is not splayed legs and treating it as splayed legs will not correct the problem. It looks like slipped tendons in both legs. Because it is both legs, I would cull it. You can search the Emergencies forum for how to treat slipped tendons also known as perosis. The treatment is the same for turkey poults as it is for chicks.

I just hatched out a turkey poult with severe splayed legs, I have a hard time culling, it breaks my heart. What to do? If I pull legs closer and tie, will that help, or is it useless at this point?

If it is splayed legs, put it in a container that is just big enough for it to fit in. Line the bottom of the container with a paper towel.

The container needs to be tall enough that it can't jump out. Leave it in the cup in the incubator or hatcher for a day before checking for progress.
