Spots and grey comb tips

Hi all!

Just wondering if anyone knows what’s up with my ladies combs. We live in NH they have a heat lamp during the winter but I’m wondering if the grey is frostbite and the spots are from pecking???
Also what can I do for them?

Looks like frostbite. The grey is just part of the process before it falls off.

It happens, especially with bigger combs and wattles. I also have sexlinks and 2 of the 4 got some frostbite. Nothing too bad.
