This is actually a roo I gave my neighbor, but I noticed this on my chickens' combs, as well. Also, his hens are getting strange patches with missing feathers/sores- see below. My chickens do not have the missing feathers.

Pox is viral, supposed to clear up on its own in 4-5 weeks. I have no idea why feathers missing on neighbor's chickens, though.
