Spots on comb?

I just got this hen from a friend of a friend who is trying to downsize her flock. Does her comb look ok? I have no idea about age. She is in quarantine.

The tips of her comb look a little like she may have suffered some slight frostbite. Your friend might be able to tell if she has been in freezing temps over winter. It may heal or it could become rounded off. Sometimes pecking can cause small dark spots from blood on the comb.
