Spots on duck bills

My drakes have some spots on their bills and I'm not sure if it's supposed to happen or if its a health issue. They are 8 week old Welsh Harlequin ducks.

Just my males, I have three females as well but I only see it on the males

Do you keep your hens and drakes separate* at all? At night or during the day? And are your drakes aggressive to each other?

They are all together all the time. The drakes are not aggressive.

Could possibly be something genetic then. You could try to dab some hydrogen peroxide on to see if it bubbles, if it may be an infection. Could also be a bacteria but I can’t think why it would only be on drakes. Is it possible to see a vet?
