See whitish areas on left bottom at front. And larger right center. Need to zoom in.

What is this and what do I do?

So continuing-
I am a new momma and love my girls and Tony Bennett. I worry about every little thing, and learn alot from BYC and other chicken owner UTube videos.

So, Some additional info - we have just come out of our first 4 very cold nights for Florida...29 -30 low. And my 9 month old flock's first. My coop is open wire, but for cold weather, put up 4' wide insulating panels both sides of one corner for cold breezes. Also it would give them solid walls where they roost. I heard they prefer to roost feeling protected. The first 3 nights they did not roost there, but rather on a bit lower roost in center of the coop!? The 4th night back up on their favorite roost. Tonight, dont know.

3 of my hens I noticed today have pale combs and wattles.
And ive seen a couple hens picking at their feathers..itching?

All foraging and acting normal.
My flock is extremely healthy, eatingborganicwith beautiful shiny feathers (as many have noted when coming for eggs-otherwise I would not have known.)

I just ordered Premo Guard Poultry...
Spray.....in case I find mites or lice. Though i use Neem oil and mite powder, perhaps it has not been often enough lately.
Looking at them will be challenging because they have rarely let me hold them.

So- is all this stress from cold, or changing roosting, or anemia...or what?

Appreciate so much any of your opinions/thoughts/knowledge/advice. Thank you for wading through this long epistle!
