Spotted legs and skin?

I’m just curious if the black spots on my showgirls legs and skin are normal? One chick began developing spotted legs, the other has big patches on his skin. Would this just be a mix of the Silkie black skin and typical chicken skin color, or is this a medical issue?

I call this Marbling. It's seen, with half Fibro's occasionally. Some it doesn't happen at all.

Are they born like this, or can they develop them as the grow up? I know for a fact the one with the black patches has had them since I got them, but I don’t really remember the other having the spotted legs until here recently.

They are sometimes born with the marbling right away, others develop it as they grow up.
