spradle legs

I already looked on how to treat it. But my chick doesn't look as bad as the pictures I saw. I just got my chicks in the mail today and I noticed one of them the legs are slightly apart and she seems to lean on a buddy.

I never had this with the chicks I hatched, so would you treat it as spradle, or would you wait a couple of days?

If you already feel that it's spraddle leg, then why not go ahead and treat it before it gets worse. Then is should take less time to improve.
