Hi

She is Wafa, the faithful. Born after her incubation of 35 to 40 days ( 2 weeks kept in the hay and turning regularly) and then normal 21 days in the incubator.

She is 2 months old, and few days back got her wing sprained. So, i used 8 styled bandaged on her wing for a day or two and then she removed it . I let it remain that way and today in the morning. She was extremely lethargic. Didn't ate or drink water, not even budged an inch, when she saw her favourite food.

So before she went to sleep, i forced her pellets mixed with olive oil and water . Also gave her Penax, assuming that deworming might help her.

I have attached her picture.

Thanks in advance for your time and concerns.

Can you repost your photos?

Where are you located in the world?

Did she injure herself somehow to sprain her wings or could she possibly be suffering from disease like Marek's?

Hi
Thanks for responding. I have now attached the pictures.

I am in London. Her wing is better now. She got injured on 5th June . But ,she is still lethargic. I gave her Panacur for three days ,with a one day gap.

She has lost lot of wait and when she eats by herself , it is painful for her to gulp, and she adjusts her neck.

I am forecefully feeding her when i come back from school. All day she is roaming around with rest of her family. They are our pets, they sleep inside the house.
She is 2.5 months old.

She may have injured her wing because her lover, the peer rooster from another mother and father, wants to mount on her and constantly pulling her wing.

Another thing, her feather are coming off so much . I hold her neck to feed her and the little feather from.her head falls off ,as if she had chemotherapy.

She used to be the fattest of all. I am so scared for her.

Also ,she doesnt look like her deceased mother or father, both BSL . She is like a new hybrid.

She ate boiled egg little bit yesterday.

Why do u think that she is lethargic? Is it because of her unusual incubation.

And does she look similar to anyother breed?

Keep the enamored cockerel away from her, she is much too young to deal with his constant mating attempts.

She is being harassed and stressed out, no wonder she lost weight and health.
