Spurs On Chicks

I have some buff orphingtons they are about 5 months old one they are supposed to be female but one of them has a way bigger crown and gobblers on it but it hasnt started to crow or grow spurs so maybe its just a dominent female any suggestions of should it start crowing by now and growing spurs?

Usually they start crowing by the time they are 5 months.

What about the spurs any timeline on when they start to occur

a roo can start crowing anywhere from 1wk to 1yr old.
Spurs don't start growing until 6-8 months
