Sq ft per call duck

What is the recommended sq footage per call duck in a crate? We have coyote, raccoon, and possum problems so all birds are kept in crates 24/7 in a barn. What is the minimum sq footage per call duck in a crate if they are being kept there 24/7? The crates are 3' x 4' and are 4' high as well.

Temporarily they can be kept in those crates..Although they need to get out and flap their wings..They will also get pretty messy. I would think they would become bored too.
