Squezzed chick help

Hi we have chicks at our nursery and one got squeezed a bit to hard. Ever since its just been laying with eyes closed ive managed to get water down her with a pepette and it will stand for about 20 seconds then flop down again their 1 week old

I wana give her the best chance
