Squinting one eye. Red/pink face around eye. Rattly lungs.

I am new to chickens and one of them is sick. I hope someone can give me some pointers.

I bought my chickens from a breeder near me and they were two different ages. 5 months and 3 months. This chicken is one of the younger ones and probably about 4 months now. It is an easter egger. It just weighed in a 1lb 12 oz. Sadly I think it is bigger than when I got it. I learned that the birds were way too small when I bought some others that were the same age as the older ones and twice as big. Anyway. Last night before I put them up for the night I noticed this chicken was squinting one eye.. it looked like it wanted to roost but my son was annoying them so I put them up and went to bed. This morning now it is mostly keeping the eye closed. It looks glassy swollen and kinda pale (the skin around the eyeball..socket?). I brought it inside and washed its face with warm water and a wash cloth. My son asked why it was purring. It's kinda rattly when it breathes. I made it some eggs

and some water. She took a couple bites and nested in the towel and is sleeping. They have had runny poop off and on since I got them. I cut back on fruit and most of them have better poop. I think this one had fine poop when i checked yesterday.
Now it is coughing randomly. Only a couple times so far.

Aww, such a pretty chicken!
My Americana went up like that a few weeks ago and I fed it some milk and some oatmeal. She recovered soon after.
For me, I'd use home remedies because they are safer.

What types of home remedies? Oatmeal and milk? What else? Thank you! I have vitamin stuff for the water and probiotics and acv. Should I give any of those?

I'm thinking this chicken is sick with a respiratory disease which manifests itself with facial/eye swelling, rattly breathing, bubbles in the eyes, and nasal drainage. They may have 1 or all of these symptoms. If the chicken's head smells bad it could be coryza, but mycoplasma (CRD) is also possible if not. They may have had this disease from the breeder's farm. Wild bird's can also bring it in. Tylan, Denagard, and Duramycin10 are some of the drugs that you can treat your chicken. Isolation from others is necessary, although they may be exposed. Eggcessive- It's head does smell bad. In fact it's twin sister has had a smelly face from the get go. I have a couple others that sneeze occasionally.. I bet they all have it. This on looks/acts the worst though. The closest Tylan is an hour away from me.. Will the others work as well? How do I find out the dosage? I tried clicking the link in the sticky but it isn't pulling up.

Oh! Also important. I suspected upper resp issues and put sulmet in their water for 3 days a week ago... It was expired but I figured it was better than nothing. If I need to dose them individually I'm ok with that to make sure they get the amount they need. If there is a better drug that I can get locally I can do that too. I'm also game for injections or oral. I'll do what I need to do.

I haven't wormed my chickens should I do that too? Some of them have watery poop..
