Squirrels Eating Everything

I have 1 squirrel eating my garden and chicken feed. I cant kill it cause I live in the suburbs...no shooting allowed. Any ideas?

You say no shooting, but how about an air rifle? Nearly no noise, nearly no danger of over-travel. Also, a .22 short is very quiet out of a fixed-breech rifle (bolt-action, single-shot, pump or lever-action). They're not very loud out of a semi-auto, but some noise escapes when the bolt cycles, so it makes more noise than out of a fixed-breech. If the squirrel is on the ground, it shouldn't be difficult to arrange a safe shot and eliminate it.

Yeah I have an air rifle but that would be my last resort.
