Squishy/swollen crop?

How long has her crop been that way?

If it just showed up today, I would check it again in the morning, before doing anything else.
Sometimes chickens just stuff their crop really full, and it empties during the night, and they are fine.

If it is still that way in the morning, or if it has already been that way for longer than about 24 hours, it probably does indicate a problem of some sort.

I agree, I'd check it first thing in the morning to see if it's emptied. If it hasn't, then begin to address the crop. The article below is very good and she outlines the methods that I would normally use for my own birds.
