Is there any reason why I can't have perches on top of each other if I put "poop" pans under each section?

That would work however it would make quite a tall setup.
Imagine them jumping up to the roost with poop boards wide enough to cover the birds between each.

I was thinking that the top one would be about four feet tall and have two different stairs, one to the top and one to the bottom.
