Staggered Hatch Hack

I just realized that I can remove some of the rails on my turner, so now the turkey eggs can keep turning and the chicken eggs are in lockdown and already hatching! I feel so smart that I figured this out.

What is going to keep the chicks' legs from being caught in the turner?

This turner is pretty high and the incubator is not very full. 6 hatched. so far, so good
