Stalled hatching

I filled up a nurture right 360 with eggs and didn't expect any hatching because I've had one seriously difficult time keeping humidity from being way too low. I noticed about an hour ago that half of them pipped. One hatched completely within 15 minutes later. The rest look like they maybe stopped trying. How long should I wait before trying to help them?

Have you candled the unhatched ones to make sure they are still alive?

I gave up trying to candle because I couldn't see much through their shells. it looked like they were all dead even with my brightest maglight. But the one that is running around the incubator now is one of the ones I had put an x on and written off for dead, so are the 13 others that started breaking through the shell. Most of them just made a small hole and haven't made any progress since.

I think I put them in about 20 days ago. I stopped tracking it when I stopped candling and the incubators countdown timer seems to be off.
