Standard Mille Fleur Cochin

Is such a thing possible? Or is this color only possible in bantams? Why or why not?

Does anyone have an answer to this? I'm just curious because I love this color pattern so much but I like my big, fluffy cochins!

I can't remember what breed or breeder I saw who was working on making a mille fleur variety that was standard, but I'm pretty sure it is possible to create, I just have no idea of the genetics involved.
