In the baby dept at you grocery store? I guess keep up with the vitamins you have now, it’s not something that goes away right away. How old is your chick did you hatch it? Can it eat and drink? You can take a small hand towel make it into a donut place the chick down in feet first this may help him stay stable and put food and water close so it can eat and drink if old enough.

Get Nutri Drench from the feed store, or Poly-vi-Sol WITHOUT Iron from the pharmacy. Vitamin E gel caps, and niacin would be good too. Put some in their water for a few days.

Any infant, or child vitamins from the pharmacy will work, especially without iron, however children's chewable vitamins for kids come both with, and without iron too. Flintstone vitamins will work. It's best to get without iron, but with iron is fine if that's all that's available, since you need it NOW. Put the tablet in a tablespoon, and crush it with another tablespoon, or a teaspoon, into powder, then put it in a quart waterer, shaking it good to mix, then give it to the chicks.

If your vitamin supplement is for birds, it would be okay to use for a chick. The label you posted has all of the vitamins, electrolytes, and even probiotics.

You may want to get a little extra vitamin E into the chick if the stargazing continues. Your vitamin has some E and thiamine which are both good for star gazing, but sometimes they need 400 IU of vitamin E daily. They sell those pretty much in most stores in the vitamin aisle. Make sure the chick takes water and offer some watery feed when able.
