Would anyone mind taking a look at these pics of my 8 month old Dorking’s comb? There are some pale bits that weren’t there this morning when I checked. It’s been in the high 20s all day and snowing. It’ll get down to the teens tonight and single digits at the end of the week. 🥶 I also have two others who are in the middle of molting and another who is still gaining weight back after a rough crop surgery recovery… The hospital pen is still set up in the garage, so I’m thinking I’m probably moving them there for the next few nights regardless of if my Dorking has frostbite or not…

Yes, I think that looks like some frostbite. Most chickens will survive that without treatment. Make sure there is overhead air ventilation, some head room above roosts, but no direct drafts. Minimize any moisture in the coop, any water spills, or moisture in bedding by droppings. Moisture plus freezing temps equals frostbite. Avoid cream and ointments, since those can also freeze.
