My sister-in-laws dad is building it for us. He started this morning and this is how far he got. I hoping he will be finished with the coop tomorrow and we can put our babies out in it. It will be 8'X12' when finished.
UPDATE..
We still need to paint the outside, finish the shingles and do some trim, but the girls have moved into their new digs. It's funny with all that room you would think they would be running all over the place, but they all stayed huddled together. I noticed too that they have been fighting. We did have them in 2 separate brooders, so I wonder if they are now establishing a pecking order. Any thoughts?
We will do the run ourselves soon.
