Starter feed vs Growing Feed question

I have two sets of ducks - One set is 3 weeks old and the other is 2 weeks old. According to Storey's Guide I should be switching over the three week olds to grower feed, but since all 4 are housed together - is it safer to keep the 3 week olds on starter feed for another week or switch the younger ones to the grower feed early?

Those are reccomended guides to feeding. Yes you can keep the older ones on the starter for another week. You can then 50/50 blend the two for a week and then switch completely to grower.

ditto CelticOaksFarm. I switched from starter to grower by adding more grower and less starter each day for a week or so.
