I got an Incuview Incubator for Christmas and with great will power, I have held off incubating until now. I am hoping to incubate Scandinavian landrace breeds later on in the season but for my "test hatch", I am incubating thirteen eggs from my cousins farm. I am beyond excited!! I have the incubator up and running, I just want to make sure it holds temps well before putting the eggs in sometime this evening.
I have incubated with all sorts of incubators, including the styrofoam ones, though not the Genesis yet. The one that did the best for me was a smaller Lyons incubator.
This one looks good and the reviews seem decent.

Congrats :weee
I remember my first hatch afew years ago.
I will also be setting afew eggs tomorrow for a fertility hatch.
I have 5 breeds to check and I hope it's all fine.
Goodluck in your hatch,
Fionn.

Thank you! It has been a few years since I have seriously hatched anything...though I have done a hatch of guineas in the past couple of years and also a small batch of chickens.
This current incubation is a "win win" because I am testing my incubator and my cousin is testing the fertility of the eggs, lol.
