Starting to hatch or starting to explode?

So I woke up and went to check on the incubator, I noticed this weird looking slime on the egg that wasn't there 8 hours ago. It's day 19. Is this a sign of exploding or a sign of pipping?

Yes, before it fully explodes.

I’m prob not the best person to answer as I’ve only incubated twice. But if the discharge got anywhere I would get a tissue and quickly wipe it up. But generally I would say try not to fuss over them too much as that can do more harm than good. Good luck.

Since it didn't fully explode they should be good.
