Starting to think this is a roo

Based off the long legs, the feathers sticking out on the legs, and what appears to maybe be streamers, I’m thinking this may be a rooster. Was sold to me as a hen so I’m not sure if I should contact the seller or what. Just because I bought it as a “pair” with another rooster so now I’m stuck with two.
