Sticky gel on egg shell

Ok, maybe that's it. One of our hens regularly lays eggs that are slightly sticky for a while. This was like that, plus like a dime sized amount of goop smeared on it.

I did check vents, and all appeared normal for everyone. If I see any other symptoms like weird poo, I'll look into other possibilities, but I try not to medicate unless I'm 90% sure it's necessary.

Sorry, no. Family member washed it off before I could. Then we weren't sure if we should eat it, so yup.
