Stiff leg emergency

This is my 3week old chick when she was a week old and was starting to have curled toes and I used band-aid to treat it which got better but after a week she appears to have a stiff right leg which doesn't bend like the left one so she cannot walk rather crawls with splayed legs. I tried the band aid method to make her leg alignment normal for a week but it appears not to be working so can anyone please tell me a way to treat it immediately?

Hopefully yours doesn't have a broken leg, but I don't know what it could be.
Maybe a leg injury of some kind?

There may have been a leg bone deformity or slipped tendon. Sometimes there is nothing that can be done to fix those. Here are a couple of articles that explains those with pictures:
