It went great! 5 lil healthy chicks! I had onother one pip but not make it out

No,you need to space out your turning by at least4hpursa, IMO. I would also strive for turning at least 5 times per day as this can drastically increase your hatch rate (this would require only 2 hours between turnings).

he/she has probably got school or work. any suggestions around those hours?

I would do before school after school and before bedtime. Turning prevents the embryo from sticking to the side of the shell, I don't see how turning it every 2 hours rather than 4 would hurt anything, leaving them on one side too long could cause them to stick
