Still figuring it out

I understand how to post and reply in the forum, but there's a specific article I'd like to comment on. When I have the article onscreen, I can see it and all the other comments, but no reply or submit buttons, and no document area like the one I am using now appears. How do I post a comment on a specific article? I read through the FAQ's but can't find an answer.

No, I'm looking at an article, and I want to comment/ask a question. There are other's comments shown after the article, but no place to add my comment. How do I do this?

Do what I just did. I read the last post(above me). In the left hand corner below the post, is a blue rectangle that says "post a reply" click on that button and it will open the reply form.

Now that I am posting a reply to you, I finish up by clicking on the blue rectangle on the right bottom that says "Submit".
