still having issues with 1 duck and pigeon toes... what do I do?

When this first started the dose was 1ml 2X a day per duck to get them on to it and into their systems good.

Would the high niacin dose explain the liquidity of the poop or is that normal, or perhaps pea related?

Could be both. They drink so much water too that makes poop very watery.
