Solved Still receiving emails

I thought I turned of email notifications by going into preferences and unticking all the receive email boxes, but I seem to still be getting them.
Am I missing something?

Did you uncheck all these?

If you've got all boxes unchecked related to email notifications, clicked on "save" at the bottom, you may still need to log out, clear your cookies and cache and log back in for your preferences to be saved.

Thanks for all the help, but I just got up (it's early morning here) and no new emails! I think it must just have taken a while to work through somehow.
