I've posted on a local re-homing group on Facebook but I'll do Craigslist too.Have you posted on Facebook or Craigslist for your area?
Well do what's more important to you. It's actually 50/50 on that. You need to weigh your options before time runs out.I've posted on a local re-homing group on Facebook but I'll do Craigslist too.
Edit: I'm hesitant of posting on Craigslist because I don't want to risk my chickens being culled or eaten, etc, or worse. I know there's a chance of that here too, but it feels less than Craigslist.
That's a smart idea!! If I have to turn to Craigslist I will definitely do this. Thank you for the advice. You could charge a fee for the hens and ask to see their set up to make sure they actually have chickens. Make it a contingency.
Wonderful! Sending you warm hugs! That must have been so hard!!! You're a strong woman!WE DID IT!!!!An animal sanctuary near me has offered to be my kids new forever home. I just dropped them off an hour ago. It was really hard to let them go, but now I can rest knowing they're safe and with a new family that will love and cherish them just as I do.
Thank you everyone who replied and gave me encouragement and advice! Your support means the world to me. Hope you have a good day or night!
