Stop Chicken chasing small dogs

I had three backyard hens that are well behaved.

I just recently brought in a new chick and she is close to maturity now. Almost / or is full size.
she’s a Brahma

she is being excluded and slightly picked on from my girls but they all sleep in the coop together.

so the last 30 days she has started chasing my 5 very small dogs and is pecking them very hard for no reason. ( about 10lb dogs)

Is there a way to stop this behavior?
I guard my old senior Chihuahua because there’s no way she can run away.

I tossed my flip-flop at the chicken the other day when she went after a dog and it worked for the moment.

Is there anything I can do to stop this?

will throwing flip flops teach her to stop lol

I need to correct this because I can’t keep this beauty is she is going to continue to attack my dogs.

Even though she is new, has she moved to the top of the pecking order? Any chance she could be a rooster?
She may be trying to show her domination over the dogs.
If you can afford it, you may want to make a fenced in area for the chickens or even a one sided fence that would separate her from the dogs. The flipflop may not work.

You can't blame a chicken for defending herself against a potential predator.

Fencing the dogs and the chickens apart is generally the best policy.
