Stopped laying

My one year old Mallard female after laying an egg almost every day has suddenly stopped Last two eggs were about 1/4 of a normal egg. Very active eat good Male is always around.

My Rouen did the same thing, I think she is taking a break. After about a month of her not laying she started a good hard molt. She is finally starting to grow in her feathers again. They need to rejuvenate their bodies sometimes, it is hard on the girls to lay those eggs everyday. My runners each took a break for about 30 days and are now back up and running. I had some odd eggs before they took their spring break btw.
