Hello! One of my chickens stopped laying last winter, however she never started laying again in the spring like the others. She is only 2 years old so it seems early for her to stop laying. I’ve tried changing their feed last week. They are now eating Kalmbach Henhouse Reserve. But she’s still not laying like the others. We purchased them at Rural King, she was in the Easter Egger Bin, but unsure of her breed.

Thank you for your response! No, it's not a current picture, but her comb is red. She laid a light cream-colored egg.
Give her an exam.
Do they free range?
Now I see there's no crest, but feather color pattern sure looks like a CLB.

I checked out the link you sent for the exam, we will check it out! They do not free range, just a large run. I've checked, she's not hiding any eggs! We only have four chickens and they each lay a different color, so I know for sure its her that is not laying.

This sounds crazy, but I had some hens that stopped laying and started adding dried, red pepper flakes to their feed and they started back. Old time farmer says when their bodies get hot they lay again and the pepper flakes makes their heat go up. Sounded goofy but actually worked.
