I just got a beautiful Frizzled Silkied Serama roo from the lovely SunAngel but she warned me ahead of time that he's a brat an likes to peck your hand when holding him.. Well got him home along with another Silkied roo and the first thing he does is pecks me on the hand 3 times.. the first time was hard enough to tare a little bit of skin off but the other 2 pecks were softer. he's such a pretty boy I was wondering if anyone has ever had a case like this an has broken the pecking habit?
I was thinking of wearing gloves when I hold him and just let him go to town until he realizes its not hurting me an hopefully he stops.. any suggestions?
