Do these look like Araucana's to you? Ameraucana? EE? I just picked them up from the feed store yesterday and was pretty suspicious about the breed...They were cheap and a lot older than I thought (which was okay), and I don't really care which they are...It would just be nice to know. The light colored one looks slightly rumpless, but she does have a tail of sorts. They also said that they were both pullets, but I'm not sure about that either. Also, I don't know how to tell what color the white one will be, she has some orange feathers and some randomly black ones in some spots, will she be all white? Thanks for your input!

If the birds are hatchery stock, they are technically Easter Eggers. If the darker one is an EE, I wouls suspect it may be a roo. The three-pronged comb makes me think roo.

Pretty little birds!

Great! Thanks for the pic!

So are EEs very small? We have come other chicks around the same age (Brahmas) that are smaller than them...I know Araucana's are small, and Ameraucana's are larger, so where do EEs fall as far as size?

Standard-sized chicken, unless they were marked bantam.
