Can anyone tell me the best way to store eggs that I am going to hatch in the incubator?

set them in a cool location and turn them 2-3 times a day until you're ready to put them in the incubator

Generally it is said that they should be stored pointy end down (in an egg box is fine).
Turning is not necessary until incubation is started.
Allow eggs to warm to the temperature in the room with the incubator before you start incubation,

Good Luck,

Sandie

I put mine in a wine cooler about 65 tilt three times a day. I did put them in the tub in a egg carton. It was cool in there because the door was shut and we did not shower in that bathroom. Good luck!
