Storing Fertile Eggs

Where/how is the best place/way to store fertile eggs? I aquired a couple dozen - thinking I'd have a broody hen by now...but not yet. If I'm going to just keep them for a week or two - 'til one goes broody, where should I keep them? Thanks.

This article talks a lot about storing eggs for hatching. It is the same whether for a broody or for an incubator.

I'd be wondering the same question.... and how long can you have them at room temp.... before the embryo dies?
