Storing fertile eggs :)

I have a light Sussex rooster and light sussex hen and i think she is laying fertile eggs i was going to store them just on the counter at room temperature but i wasn't sure would it be better to keep them in the fridge or would that be too cold for them
 
You want them at 55 degrees ideally. Turn them at least once a day. I store mine for up to 7 days but 10 days wouldn't do too much harm.
