straight run from bigR and one bird has me confused

I'm new to chickens and I got a straight run from big r, I got all the other ones identified and sexed. This one looked like a barred Rock

but now I'm not so sure , it's about 4 weeks old, can anybody help?

I can see a picture, but I get a no image message when I try to enlarge it. As a chick did it have a dot on the head or was it striped?

A white dot, but it had a red strip on both sides of the white dot

Thank you.I was hoping it was a lady but was pretty sure it was a gent. I live in town and will have to give him away due to city ordinance.
