Strange Breathing?

We have three 9 week old ducks. This is our first time raising birds and we lost 2 already. My daughter cares for them and has noticed that she can sometimes here them making a wheezing noise when they breath while sitting down. They have been doing this off and on for a couple of weeks. Since we are new to this we aren’t sure if this is normal or not. They are all acting completely normal otherwise. Do your ducks ever make this noise? I am attaching a video. Please share your experiences!

It's pretty hard to hear the video. We have been having breathing issues with some ducklings this spring... We all had a cold a month ago and the ducks started sneezing around the same time. We gave them apple cider vinegar and a bath to clean out their nares. They all fully recovered from the sneezing but some still breathe heavy...
If there's mold in the brooder at all (just mold spores, doesn't even need to be visible mold) it can cause a type of pneumonia.
Others can probably give more and better information than me...
