Strange chicken

One of my chickens keeps looking down, closing her eyes, shaking her head, spreading her wings as if to squat and walking backward, often into a wall. Is this normal? I’ve been seeing this behavior with her a lot over the last few days.

I had a chicken who would get picked on by the other chickens and she started walking backwards, putting her head down and swaying her head back and forth as she walked (like a snake movement). It only lasted for a little while, maybe a week or two but it was a reaction to getting picked on and she's fine now.
