My first attempt incubating eggs, they are goose eggs and none of them look like they are doing anything. It’s day 18. I candles them today and one formed a crack down a whole side. I have two that are really dark the one is cloudy kinda? The stuff is moving in side as it turn the egg and I have one that I think is missing fluid, there’s a ring at the top that moves when candles.

I have one picture of a dark one, I’m going try and upload videos of the other two

I can't really tell with the picture. Are there any veins at all? At this point there should be veins all over the inside of the eggs.
If there are no veins go outside and open one and see if they even started to develop.

Here’s a video of the other egg of concern. I’m pretty sure it’s also a bad egg, but I’m very curious on what happened in it and how disturbed I might be if I cracked it open

The exact same thing happened here. I feel your pain. My eggs look just like yours, except that they're all white chicken eggs, and were due to hatch on Sunday. My problems were an egg turner not working and a humidity gauge dying and giving weird readings. The turner moved so slowly that it was about a week after setting them in the incubator when I noticed it was not functioning. You said your temps were good. How did the humidity and turning go?
