Strange head movement

I have a 7 week old silke chick that occasionally does this strange movement w/ it's head. It's kinda like side to side movement that just Involves head & upper neck. It doesn't look like a voluntary movement. I've had it since it was a week old & I've probably saw it do this 10 times(that I've witnessed ) it's growing,eating & drinking. I'm just not sure what this is or what can be done.

If it's occasional, I may guess at repositioning her crop. Or some neuro tic that may not bother her.

Thanks so much ...it does seem a bit neurological but I never even considered readjusting crop !
