Strange Lights over South Texas... What do you think this is?

To see it better, I recomend setting the viewer to 1080p, and then opening the video full screen.. When you set it to full screen you can see the red blinking light. I had to move the camera to keep the lights in view... but you can see when the object moves on its own and when I move the camera.. Sorry about it being so dark, but it was midnight...

What do you think it is?
